In addition, if you are a caregiver using our services, we may also ask you to provide information about which area(s) you are certified to provide care in, applicable ID numbers, general employment history, demographic and/or language information, bank account information, available work schedule, and a profile photograph.
The information collected will help Archangel Care Services fulfill the services that are due to you. We also collect information through the website for the following purposes:
